Online orders take 14 working days to be delivered. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

You must show your ID when buying, and you can only buy for yourself, not for someone else. You cannot send someone to buy on your behalf.

Minimum order quantity on re-stock (any purchase after you have bought your starter pack) is 30 (thirty) bottles.

You agree to not advertise on the Fine Fragrance Collection’s official Facebook and Instagram social pages.

By paying for your starter pack and leaving this agent shop, you take full responsibility for your purchase and it is up to you to make sure that you have been given the correct amount of bottles and that you got the correct variants. Fine Fragrance Collection will not be held responsible for incorrect stock amounts and variants after you have paid and have left this agent shop.

If a perfume is out of stock, we will replace it with another perfume of similar, or greater, popularity.

Only bottles with a factory fault will be replaced.
